Value of PLS?
Look at the most comparable company - AJM. Same commodity, same project but more advanced than PLS, about $70 million less cash at bank than PLS.
Before someone chimes in "but PLS has a bigger resource". It doesn't matter - it is still in the ground and unpermitted. Out past 20 years, the contribution of the cashflows to an NPV becomes vanishingly small.
So take the AJM market cap, add roughly $70 million (cash) and that's more than fair value for PLS. In other words, it's a sub-40c reality.
