From Peter Strachan's 10 August 2016 report (see link below), his HAV 'value matrix' range is $1.08 to $1.86 per share or $230-395 million.

Notes: he has gone from a 'modest' holding in HAV (from the 2 December 2015 report) to a 'larger' holding in this report.
Rather than the end of October, it is much more likely to be the end of June 2017 when the bulk of the HAVO option exercise proceeds are expected to be received into the HAV bank account.
