For a company that almost went under 12 months ago they certainly do overpay there directors and management a tad to much. I couldn't belive it went I read that Jim Simpson is being paid a wopping 450k per annum. He is untested and knowing some of his prior buisness decisions which still to this day remains vacant and empty. I'd say he is a tad over paid. What a real kick in the guts this board has been to Rimas who certainly saved this company from going under. Just saying...
It may be a interesting AGM cause I will certainly be voting to give one particular director the arse!
