re: so what do we think the deal must be quite influencial for the delay. The security investigation into who is buying could be what is holding the transaction up also the slice of the pie. Also JB possibly wasn't at AGM because he is away negotiating the deal. there is more to this deal than meets the eye. why would you raise capitol at a signifcant increase to the current sp if the company/product is a "dog". (most capitol raising is at a discount to the sp?).
