If someone is planning to buy serious amounts i assume they would do their best to keep the price down themselves, like hitting .018c today but still causing it to close at .016. That seems very deliberate to not cause attention. At a glance it appears there is not that much interest in the buy side yet larger trades keep going through without price dropping significantly. Hopefully someone off screen loading up but unfortunately also keeping a cap on things.
