What I find very tough to bare here is that everyone seems to present everything as fact. Someone earlier on asked the question as to whether anyone would purchase anything (be it shares, or products) from lwp after reading this thread and I'm going to have to say no. In fact I think people reading this forum would have to think that LWP is probably about to be taken to court for fraud or shut down somehow. It's getting past the point of so called "informing new investors" as most people here are saying they're doing. None of the things anybody is saying here has any substance. "someone's relaxing on a beach here", "he's doing back door agreements with his mate there", "I hope ziggy fails and gets what's coming to him" as I've seen numerous times. This talk is not validated and is NEVER going to generate anything positive. If news breaks that confirms peoples concerns or there is some substantial evidence then by all means inform everyone, but until then can we be reasonable about all of this.

Things haven't gone to plan, true, but to assume that the Lwp management is conspiring against the shareholder base is ludicrous. And damaging. I can't remember the exact number but after weeks of negativity and brazen false statements we had one of the more fervent holders break and sell. This was a big day of dropping down to .003 (which hurt) and if I remember correctly he said that his average was .005 and he sold out at .003 for a 60k loss (correct me if I'm wrong), that's 30m shares dumped. In a day. At a 40% loss. Now that says to me that the big negative ball that is lwp holders (a large portion), preaching every day about how much of a dog stock this is managed to fulfil its own dream of driving the stock down as to affirm their ego. And when the user came to the forum to tell everyone he sold at a loss there were a large number of people congratulating him for seeing "the truth".

I have to periodically ban myself from reading the forums because you can basically make a theory that loosely fits the situation and people will high 5 you.

We need to either hold ourselves to higher standards of research and present things factually or say nothing. I for one believe that things haven't gone to plan, such is the state of the world we live in but if I'm running around bashing the company then I'm more of a problem than management for sure.

Especially and critically important now with a deal that is weighted on the share price, Why are we all here literally gouging the share price. It's counter-productive for anything other than a bitter consolation for not having the stones to hold on to an investment. Are people so lost at the thought of a potentially bad investment that they want to make sure everyone else's investment is bad too. Come on people.

Facts, technical talk or nothing until some news comes out.

    Please.
