Mcap should be priced relative to regional setting peers and relative to the advancement as an explorer. Close to 80% of project would be in the bag with current cash pending exploration success and expenditure, milestones in the making, though at some stage in the next 12-18mths they would want to raise again, depends on the aggression...and put simply they are aggressive. 80% would ensure that level of ownership to the current JORC, which upgraded with milestones will lead great potential based on regional setting.
