    Correct me if I am wrong but from my understanding this would be the equivalent to:

    You have 2 cars in a company which you cannot yet use in any race, and you sell 31% ownership of those cars to have access to compete in one of the biggest races in the world, and by having access to the mentioned race, the value of your company increases by 40M (TSR in MMJs Balance Sheet)?
