A material change in the registry can mean a change in the why the stock trades.

My feeling is it's more likely to be the sophistocateds flipping their stock. Let's face it, a week ago 99% of them wouldn't have even heard of Breaker. They have no fundamental view of the stock, but have been told thay can make a qicck 20% on the raise. So they scalp their profits and move on to the next thing.
