I remain confident about eventual 45-50% NIHL case settlement.
I do not think I am a happy bunny about AG's latest dice throw and am trying to work out how a huge claim is going to pan out. There is blowback when you fire your shoulder held tank killer - so best not fired from the hip. It is either valid or ludicrous and I don't know which.
We live in interesting times.
