Here are two articles concerning French-African relations. The first is 2 1/2 years old and the next 3 days old. Very different. With the second it mentions France having more relations in East Africa these days. Here is a stretch. If Total end up in SNE as backer of Far. They farm into DJ and Kenya. How's that for logic. Or insanity. We may find out.
