Following these laws, on 5 July 2016, a regulatory decision was published (Resolution 262, ISPTyV, Expte. Nº 0600-331/2016) affecting a land owned by an aboriginal community in a place called Puesto Sey in Susques which, according to Google Earth, is about 32 km away from Cauchari.

Indeed, and the presence of Governor Morales himself, in the little village of Puesto Sey (pop. 150) signing agreements pretty much confirms this location to the southeast of Cauchari to be ground zero for the solar park development.
