Looks marginal and late to the party style asset to me.
The obvious signal is the total lack of any dedicated management. WCP is run from a shoebox and Mr Arima and Mr Pearce are the usual suspects that Middlemas has sweeping the floors and cleaning the windows.
Any decent asset would come with a quality CEO.
