hmmm.. Change times frames of tips could be a reasonable idea so
...changing the STT comp from 4 weeks to having different time frames can be done but not an insignificant change I would need to evaluate how much effort would be involved and what the parameters might be ... ie gains of 50% or 75% for 3 months gain, nominating a time frame at tip entry time etc ... I will think through what is involved and implications ... and report back .. . this could take some time I think.
