Wack, my understanding is that all these satellite targets are included as part of the JV agreement. The deal covers the 'Nyanzaga Project' but this also includes the Nyanzaga deposit.

Below is the deal from Sept 2015. Note it definitely includes the Kasubuya leases as these are specifically separated. I don't know about Bululu or Ifugandi but a bit more searching will probably reveal these sit among the leases listed.
