I would suggest one rule which is extremely important for the transperancy of 5G...
That is... a change to be posted on the day... no retrsopective stuff please... if you dont have time perhaps it's not for you IMO... but if others think retrospective is okay all good with me..
I will post the changes on the day or its a no change for me...
