I haven't had a phone call - but then I am investing thru super fund.

Could someone who has had a call, call Hardman - and enquire if they are the company who have arranged for you to be polled?

Ahead of an answer, it would seem to be Tullow. Disregarding the self serving KPMG (why do these firms have any credibiliy left with anyone at all) report - serious players are taking positions and if they feel there is value in Hardman - have the votes to block Tullow's offer.

These firms can smell value and opportunity - and whereas this year we have seen our own managment and maybe the board too, rubbish our company and talk down its value - maybe there is the possibility that we can get a better bid - and hopefuly fully sahres so we can really swap see the transaction as changing to better more professional management.

The laugh is on Potter - his friends at Tullow may have persuaded him that this was the best and smart strategy to follow - but they fooled him - becuase they have asked him to admit that he is a poor CEO - because that is the basis of the Tullow offer.
