Westpac has a terrible broking service!!! I closed my westpac account ages ago as they always were ALWAYS having issues. Always!!! Write them a complaint they'll give you 10 free trades. Once I used mine I then transfered all my holdings to a new account and haven't looked back. They are losing so much business.
