no idea mate - so many hands involved all with different agenda's - has to be an error, cross track digital is XTD. as per rules they can hold the 10 % for 12 months raised at 75% vwap - to me that's all it is, a meeting to vote there sorry arse's back in and gives them an opportunity to raise 10 % they have blown over the past 12 months. they are using the listing rules to there advantage, all procedures in ticking boxes. if there was anything more to it they would pump the shit out of it with a seperate ann to raise the vwap. but they have nothing to pump apart from a block of dirt to keep there shell trading in accordance to the rules. its that time of year in which we need to vote there miserable arses back in, and as I say Ed yao is based in HK who does not give 2 shits, and he is only the puppet to a larger chinese involvement, then we have david who has taken on this shell to squeeze the likes of the chinese out, in help of Major holders. and then you have Bevan who has been pushing for a acquisition for ever and now has pretty much given up. bearing in mind Bevan is in WA, David in Sydney and Yao in hk. dead set puppet show. I'm just here for the pump than the exit. ill be calling Bevan today and asking what the hell is going on, but i expect much of the same, handles.
