Bit of both I expect - some selling might be fear setting in that it's not going to be as good as we hoped.
Human nature is - 'we want it and we want it NOW'.

Providing you hang onto your common sense, the money is there to be made, providing it all comes good in time - the ballistic runs will slow down the longer it takes, as people will have lost the initial excitement.
That's my psychological take on it - and I could be VERY wrong.
The buyers will come back on the good ann, but maybe a little more cautious.
