APA constantly trades from $8 to $9.20 or thereabouts, so it is at the midpoint now, does not differ much and is struggling to break out of that range for a couple of years, it feels longer.
I think the possible threat of regulation has kept it in that range given now the number of competitors has dropped off due to that potential for regulation so the breakout could be to the upside IMHO but pls DYOR. AGL seems to be the only competitor with the size to match it.
APA has been a quiet one.
