It is extremely relevant that GCN has no cash left.

Below GCN suggest that they can make more placements to raise funds.

If that's true shareholders are up for significant dilution, which will anchor the price down.

But if there's any hiccup GCN will NOT be able to pay their creditors, with dire consequences I'll leave to the individual's imagination!
