That's, perhaps one of the main reasons (very "legal"), for the 9 week announcement delay(!!).
Imagine if the announcement(s) had been made before the AGM and approval of those shares , and the EXT S/P had shot to 20-30 cents as a result of the exceptionally good results expected.....
There would have been a logical reaction (not to say uproar, justifiably so) to the shares issue at 6,5 cents!
Very "smart"move on P.M'(and his mate) behalf...
Plus...Plus, he (the El Supremo Guru) hopes that by his unethically cyclothymic tactics, he will manage to get rid( force them indirectly) of some shareholders who have the äudacity" to criticise his ünconventional" (very mild characterisation) modus operandi methods......(As stated last night by Deltra).
