Appreciate your well reasoned dispassionate posts on this
one. The reality is that some of us have been raised to
be civil and many of us have'nt.

BTW thanks for the heads up on this, weeks ago, in fact
many weeks ago.

Good management, good moves = growth.

I hope the drill results in the next 12 mths are positive and justifies our faith in management's pedigree.
