Not that 's going to make any difference what shareholders vote because their voting strength will get all resolutions over the line (another reason to vote against management performance rights as they only strengthens their voting power).
Having said that I personally don't believe they'll be any news prior to the AGM. I think you've got to take what management say at face value is that they're freeing up time for November meetings.

The question I'm struggling with right now , why should I as SH be forward looking when it comes to approving performance shares for board members ....... but the Co can not come up with forward projections or at minimum some forward guidance .

They really need to pull a big one out the hat to sway my vote . My vote will be cast on 18th....tick tock !!
