Competitor would be more apt.
Cubic is a chief protagonist regarding its support of the buy America lobby. A pathetic, myopic and xenophobic attempt to rest sympathy from US transit authorities.
Problem is US companies and authorities will continue to award contracts to ERG because they are cost efficient and technologically superior.
Cubic has egg on its face. As a shareholder I am awaiting redemption. Surely ERG has a multi million dollar case. Cubic must be punished.
