I asked the question and was told simply this, L- max has been accepted by the patent people that the process works and they are registered with a patent .that is why at the end of L-max (R) appears means registered with a patent.
Six months ago I believed Sileach was a goer and patented it is not that is why at the end of Sileach (TM) appears that means trademark not yet patented, that does mean that they have not got the process advanced to the point where it works , the govt grants in recent times may have solved the equation.
Did they approach GXY , I don't know.
I would think if GXY were to use a process it would probable be L-max as all of the hurdles have been jumped and is compatible with GXY product.
