The article is interesting but also important to note that the 4 justices involved all have a different take on the meaning of first. The precedent oak value here is limited as the judges all had a different take on meaning if 3 of the 4 came to the same conclusion I would find it more precedent in.
It is however a good example of how complex these things are and how the meaning of what appears to.be a simple and innocuous word can create legal argument.
