OK Whisky, our management did say the two issues were separate, so you are assuming the other JV partners agree. FAR also did say the Rig and drilling will shortly be announced, so you are again assuming the other JV partners are about to agree. You are also assuming that a 65% agreement on major decisions constitutes a yes vote to proceed and that also seams a logical.assumption.
Anyway, I do not want to put a dampener on your expectations and assumptions, but I would feel allot more comfortable if the composition of the future JV was already in place to make these critical decisions.
