oh, and add inflation to that too.....go on, take the All Ords for instance, check year to date chart % rise, now minus inflation, tax on profits, broker fees, etc.....and what are you left with? a big LOL.....now compare it to a long term deposit interest rate, or negative gearing real-estate, etc.....now tell me again why anyone in their right mind would want 95% of their spare cash on that crap?....oh the divid-ends one might say,,,,,zzzzzz
