I worked in branch banking for over 15 years with one of the big four, the CEO's that have spoken so far have no idea what they are talking about in terms of branch functionality, measurement of branch and individual performance, pressure for non achievement of targets (branch and individual) etc etc.

I couldn't work out how ANZ CEO says average rate on credit card was 11%, but then said the low rate card was 13.5%. There would be no credit card that has an interest rate lower than the low rate card.

Don't get me started on personal loan interest rates either.
