value based on eps share of 16c forecast for 30/06/07 i would say a value of $2.40 is fair now. Foreward per ratio of 15 which is consistent with peers. However there is still upside on that earnings. Directors selling but not large amounts so may just be taking some profit to balance a portfolio or buy a new car.
