All the fears of ex Director selling DO NOT make sense. If you read the announcement properly, he has said that being a shareholder he agrees with the direction of the company and will work as a consultant. Announcement also says there are no further payments to be made to him as a severance pay. So there is no threat of him suing the company either. Sounds like a straight forward case of an individual disagreeing with board on key matters and is hence asked to vacate the seat but continued business relationship suggests there is no bad blood. This baby will b e back to $4.30 in 3 Days. Mark My Words !
