    Hummmm well Yes I guess its insider trading … all gets a little muddy if you expand on it.

    What do say to the Companies the wrote calls in say AMP a few days before they all lined up to take up stock in it’s capital raising at 5.50 when the stock was closer to 9.

    Are we to believe that none knew before the announcement?

    Not condoning the act but were do you stop ?
