    Hey Trying
All of the licensing work is not affected by the legal matter. PLS have a team of people working full time on these issues and I suspect that only the CEO and the Coy Sec and the odd director will be wasting too much time on the dispute resolution process. Yes it's a "trying" time (excuse the pun) but it will be resolved one way or the other. Until then the SP will do whatever the market wants it to do and I suspect it will be a rough ride at times but that is hardly new is it? The patient well researched investor will IMO be a very happy person by the end of this calendar year.

I do apologise for being a glass half full person but this company has an amazing and valuable resource of 129m tons which will be upgraded after the next round of drilling to around the 150m ton Mark. You would expect the reserve to be slightly over 100m tons at that stage. At that point in time the project is likely to have a LOM of 20 years at least based on 4m tons pa. There should be no question about the future value of our resource/reserve I.E > 90c a share. Above that which is roughly twice the current SP, pick any number you like as the final value.

Finally the criticism around the Canadian visit is grossly unfair IMO. We have every self proclaimed expert on this thread telling them how to market the company many of which would not ever pass muster in the mining environment. I spent a decade working in 4 countries with one of the major mining companies and and I understand how the mining industry operates. We have transitioned from an exploration company to aspiring producer in a very short period of time. For goodness sakes give some of the criticism a break and as Brisen has correctly stated, in the current situation the SP will not reflect the underlying value of PLS. Like storms and floods the current legal impasse will be resolved in time.

My last remark will be to Brisen. Where the hell have you been hiding and why were you not posting on this thread a year or two ago? You're bloody late to the party sir but thank goodness you came when you did!!!! Your posts have lifted our interpretation of what is going on to a new high and my thanks for that once again.
    Regards W2
