I agree with everything you state, I have owned this share and it's predecessor for years including when we owned 25% of the mentioned magnis and the management sold that for 2 million. I just worry as they don't have a mining license(overdue), they don't have an offtake agreement (overdue), they don't have finance(overdue). What we do have is the remains of management from Ixr (the management of which is still being pursued by receivers) who sold mns for a pittance, a falling share price and no reasonable explanation for it(I am experiencing dejavu with that as that is exactly what i felt back then that Ixr can't possibly fail as it had nickel Iron ore graphite gold and copper, but the share price kept falling)
