If it was all amicable why didn't TK or the company give 6 months notice as per his employment contract??? This would have enabled the company to locate a new MD and perform a gradual handover (and not spook investors crashing the SP)

Something sudden has happened which the company and TK is trying to keep a secret. IMO the advisor role is hush money to keep him onside during the 12 month non-compete period.

My theory is TK wants to get his money out of the company asap (sell all his shares without having to disclose to the market) as he is aware off or is predicting that the company will not be successful down the track possibly due to the inability to secure enough off-takes to make the project viable.
