been in a while and have seen and experienced ups and downs hence your caution to think with the mind and not let the emotions and wishful thinking take control.
we all learn from our mistakes and reflecting and assessing why the mistake / opportunity cost we can hopefully make wiser more profitable decisions in the future.
finally be careful with being overly cautious/conservative (unless youre an a/cant and can't help yourself lol) by overanalysing, the opportunity costs can be sickening ( you guessed it , i'm an a/cant trying to set myself free lol)
