Probably because they've decided to operate the bodyguard program via a separate company, Bodyguard Life Sciences Pty Ltd. Although ObJ currently owns all shares in this company, that may not be the case in the future. So they need to keep the separation clear from the outset. Pfizer or some other partner may want to buy a stake in bodyguard in the future, but we don't want a conflict arising with respect to OBJ's other partnering activities. Hence separate bodyguard now.
