re: feeling merry xmas to all But Bengo, the options are already in the money. It's not a matter of the directors converting, they will definately convert (if they have the funds, which they should or they'll get it somehow).
It's the fact that many smaller holders might not have the funds to convert, thus need to sell some options to convert the rest of their holdings. This is where the added pressure will come from.
