re: no voters vote no then sell then buy Voting Entitlement - page 15 of Exp Mem indicates that only shareholders registered as at 16 December 2006 are entitled to vote. Consequently, I would assume, that if you send in your proxy vote now and then sell ALL your shares before this date, then your proxy vote would not be counted. However, you could still sell some of your shares and still have the no vote counted.
