Who said the finances are seemingly in place?
It's only the ML that's (ostensibly) near. There needs to be an update of costs to build the plant. Then financing will require an agreement of how much debt and equity and a banking syndicate to finance. In the mean time as per above there will be sharp movements in the Zn price. Which means hedging, forward sales currency, hedging etc. and some argy-bargy. I know people like to gloss over these steps. The big step that was glossed over, for two years plus now, was getting the ML.

I fully expect to get lambasted for this. However, it helps to know the process.
