But RF's Ivanhoe Mines may be sold, and RF may then have the wherewithal to finance a substantial portion of CLQ's CAPEX himself--indeed, it may also be a way for RF to himself create a significant scandium market if he has skin in the game himself. It's this future possibility that caused me to buy.
