"In the letter I have received today (ref Hardman in my selftrade account) it states that the conversion into new Tullow shares is not available to non-residents of Australia. Can anyone clarify whether this is as it seems literally that UK or other Eu residents am not eligible for conversion, if it is badly expressed legalese or whether this is an error?"

If this is true, then is is going to be a lot more than the 41% for the Aust citizens!

But this is not what it says in the offer document that I got.
