Doing a running commentary ever 2 minutes is not going to help your stress levels, AND it is only a loss if you sell them now (and by no means that is to construed as keeping them)
Market not in love with BGS! If you look at what we have, and you did your research IMO nothing has changed except for the share price.
My suggestion to you would be to turn off the computer and stop worrying about the daily fluctuations of the share price, or sell at what ever loss your comfortable with taking.
No advise, just options......
