In respect of the selling, overall it has definitely been Merrill Lynch - they have sold down from over 60 million shares since August. I think you will find that they will have fallen further at the next up date. That doesn't mean others aren't selling or that Merrill may not have some new buyers. However the key shareholders, apart from those Merrill has been representing, are strongly committed.

Iran-China. It is plausible and there has been speculation in this thread. Have a read back through over the course of this year.
