Because you have to factor what the prize is if they do find other lenses ?
2-3m oz gold and silver copper zinc that's got to be 10c or 100m mc??
(So is 2c a fair spec punt on 10c)

So how much should a base valuation for the bird in hand , then speculation of what is possible ? More than the bird in hand , but less than two birds in the hand .

Then - the wild card - other projects in the area ? !!!!
