Wondering then how the cost allocation works. If a seperate company then how was the transfer of assets done as well as which vehicle is responsible for operating costs etc. And if and when revenues accrue how would they then appear on obj accounts. Presumably all on the up and up, but given the poor comms and transparency, anyone's guess.
Similarly patents - which vehicles own these and in which capacity? Obviously patented on the back of individual's work while in the capacity as Obj employees using funds provided by shareholders.... so naturally concerned with the longer term protection of intellectual property resulting from holder funding. Perhaps Jace the expert on patents has some comments or info?
Looking at everything it appears the various structures set up, but more concerned that when income starts rolling in, where this ends up, and if someone decided to quit the company or spin off a related vehicle, what protection of patents, asset recovery and related are afforded to Obj and the shareholders?
