• It is clear that there is now a better understanding and goal post are moving.
• Early off/takes J/V now termed Just /Vulture's
• My concern is the missing detail in announcement's of term's of agreement For J/V
• And it's lack of penetration for existing off/take J/V agreement's
• Do we really want a off/take J/V?What alternative's

Term's This is really not discussed devil in detail.

• What we can see is that most company's refer to future storm crow pricing
• This can be good in favorable market's but what about dynamic market's
• So does the spot market price dictate the basket price.(Higher risk less margin's)
• What about Dynamic market's?
• So far off/take agreement J/V have failed Ton and other share price's languish
• Ton introduced a floor price but this also added more doubt
• Are off/take J/V agreement the be end and end all?
• What spit are they after and do they offer best value moving forward.

42trader makes a good point in spelling out required information first then contract talk next.

• There is no drama just timing reality for end user requirement's
• This was not possible with result's still being upgraded

What if there are other alternative's  better suited with more control and higher margin's

• End user locked in (Known basket price)
• Equity partner
• Dept finance

What are the restraint's in achieving these out come's

• Mining licence application and approval
• Upgrade of resource BFS non bankable measured and indicated

Are these achievable near term

• Yes
• Most of this should be resolved this quarter

What will bring confidence to this resource and open a number of sliding door consideration's and opportunity?

• Mining license
• Trevor Benson should be doing his job right now making sure the iron is hot
