Surely there must be a signed contract &/or that large utility committing to a POC about to drop, hard to believe that they would push ahead with a raise prior to having one/both of these locked down as a carrot to dangle in front of investors, no one would trust the company that the SP will jump back without something very significant to wink about (chart is ugly, most current holders hate the company) - the fact that someone commented that the CR is being well bid for seems to suggest a belief in the SP to some degree, fingers crossed that the flow is amble after the CR completion, would be nice to bathe in the sun for once
